From there, I build a curated, multi-retailer registry that feels unified and intentional, with recommendations rooted in quality, materials, and longevity. I’ll monitor closely along the way for out-of-stock or discontinued items, providing thoughtful replacements as needed. 

I curate a proposal of four gift concepts tailored to your recipient, sourced across retailers and makers. Once you make your final selection, I handle sourcing and complimentary white glove delivery within the Charlotte area. Premium gift wrap is also included. Shipping services are available as needed and billed separately. Gifting services can utilized for a single gift, a seasonal package, or an ongoing annual retainer.

Timelines vary based on scope, but a general turnaround time of three weeks from your discovery call can be expected for gift-giving, allowing time for sourcing to final delivery. Registries can generally be built within three weeks, edited or refreshed within one to two weeks. If you're working with a tighter deadline, please note on our intake form, I'll always do my best to accommodate. 

Every proposal is fully customized based on your needs, so pricing varies by project. As a general guide, Registry Curation starts at $1,000, Registry Edit/Refresh starts at $250, Thank-You Note Concierge starts at $350, Gifting Concierge services range from $150 for a single gift to $1,500/year for a full annual retainer, and Corporate Gifting programs start at $1,200/year. A discovery call is the best way to estimate your investment.

Payment structure varies by service. Smaller engagements are paid in full upfront, larger projects are typically split to secure your place on the calendar with the balance due upon completion, and ongoing retainers are billed quarterly in advance.
